In response to Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's remarks about the Majhi Ladki Bahin scheme, Pawar expressed his intention to discuss the matter with Gadkari upon returning to Mumbai. Addressing a large gathering in Majalgaon, Beed district, Pawar emphasized the government's commitment to comprehensive development for all communities and urged support for the Mahayuti alliance in the upcoming elections. He reiterated his party's dedication to secular values, drawing inspiration from historical figures such as Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatma Phule, Shahu Maharaj, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Pawar highlighted initiatives like the "Jan Sanman Yatra" and the Majhi Ladki Bhagin Yojana, aimed at benefiting women in the state. He discussed other initiatives including free education for girls, electricity bill waivers for farmers, and crop insurance schemes. Pawar also mentioned subsidies for milk producers and increased honorariums for various roles within the community.He emphasized that all these initiatives will be ongoing for the next five years if the Mahayuti receives support in the upcoming elections.
